1. How can I change or cancel my order on joliquecouture.com after it has been submitted?

  • Customers are required to submit an email to us with name, order number and a brief description of item(s) at info@joliquecouture.com if there is a need for change/cancellation within 30 minutes after placing an order.  We respond to all inquiries promptly within 24 hrs.

2.  How long does it take for an order to be fulfilled?

  • An order is usually fulfilled within a 30 minute window frame if not right away.

3.  How long does it take for an order to be shipped?.  

  • For our Jolique Couture fashion line, shipping will take up to 3-7 business days or sooner.  Jewelry will take 5-10 business days.            
  • **note:  all products from our Jolique Couture collections only ships to the US.**

4.  What are the shipping costs and methods?

  • Standard shipping is $6.95 on all products.
  • Free shipping within the US on orders $75+. 

    5.  How can i track my order?

    • Upon submitting an order, a customer will receive an email or text confirmation with tracking number. You can follow the instructions in the email/text to track your order or you can enter your tracking number at usps.com.

    6.  How can I sign up for delivery text messages?

    • You can opt in to receive delivery text messages at checkout.
